Hamza Leather Exports Guarantee good working conditions and environment in its manufacturing units. We ensure that the products are responsibly manufacture and have a code of conduct which is implemented to all parts of production chain including suppliers, sub contractors and associated tanneries.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Hamza Leather Exports is registered company under INDIAN LAW COMPANY ACT Sec-1956, and adheres to all its terms and conditions.
- ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Hamza Leather Exports wants to ensure minimal impact of production on environment. We demand that our leather supplier follow applicable legislation and regulations regarding the environment. We make sure that the products comply with the REACH regulation for chemical content in the production process. Use of material originating from endangered animals is not allowed.
- SAFETY: :: We provide safe and hygienic working environment, No hazardous elements are allowed in to the premises. We provide safe and protective equipments to our workers. Fire extinguishers and alarm are easily accessible on each floor. CCTV cameras are installed to ensure women safety. First Aid Box is provided in case of any mishap.
- EMPLOY RIGHTS: There is no discrimination based on sex /cast or creed in employment. Employees are given applicable training and chance to improve their skills. Workers have full freedom of expression and association,
- CHILD LABOUR: We do not promote Child Labour or Bonded Labour
- WAGES AND WORKING HOURS:We ensure that we pay basic wages to all the workers for eight hours work per day. Incase of overtime the wage is paid at premium rate and refreshment are also provided. Allowance is given in case of Sick leave.
